Raman spectra of the Cu4Sn7.5S15−xSe x (x = 1.0 and 2.0) samples, and those of Cu4Sn7S16 and Cu4Sn7.5S16 are just used for comparison. A red shift for the modes at 94.1 cm−1, 311 cm−1, 350 cm−1 is observed with Se content increasing.
