The obstacle in (b) is a metal slab of sizes 0.97a × 2a (i.e., 0.6λ × 1.26λ). In all cases, the source is a linear magnetic current located in the air layer and the frequency is 3.1 THz. The other parameters of the PhC systems are the same as in Fig. 2.
