Expression pattern of MAPKKK genes under different stress-related signal treatments. The data are presented in clusters using the fold-change (E/C) of expression for the 12 investigated MAPKKK genes in response to stress-related signal treatments (Experiments (E): Inducers involved in JA, H2O2, ABA and SA), in comparison to their respective controls (C). Yellow color indicated that the MAPKKK genes were induced with more than 2-fold change in each experiment.
