Expression pattern of MAPKKK genes under different stress treatments. The data are presented in clusters using the fold-change (E/C) of expression for the 12 investigated MAPKKK genes in response to stress treatments (Experiments (E): Inducers involved in NaCl, PEG, 4 °C, 37 °C and wounding), in comparison to their respective controls (C). Yellow color indicated that the MAPKKK genes were induced with more than 2-fold change in each experiment.
