Correlation analysis of TGF-β2 concentrations in the aqueous humor and luciferase activity. Data are presented as scatter plots. No correlation was found between the concentrations of TGF-β2 and SMAD2/3 activation, expressed as luciferase activity. The significance of correlations was tested using Spearman rank-order correlation coefficient (r). P (two-tailed) values are indicated.
