FGF23 and sKlotho in heart failure outcomes. Kaplan-Meier plots of FGF23 (A) and sKlotho (B) in tertiles each showing the combined endpoint comprising of freedom from death, heart transplantation (HTx) and assist device implantation. Log rank test revealed significantly differences between FGF23 tertiles P < 0.001, whereas sKlotho groups did not significantly differ from each other.
