Phage binding to SKOV3 cells was confirmed by flow cytometry. Four phage clones (C7, B8, G12, G8) revealed specific binding (51.2%, 31.8%, 41.8% and 36.0%) to SKOV3 cells. Phage M13 was assessed as negative control.
