The tumor-targeting efficacy of synthetic peptides in vivo. FITC conjugated peptide C7 was chemically synthesized with more than 95% purity. The peptide was dissolved in PBS and injected intravenously into a tumor bearing nude mouse (200 μL, 10 mg/mL). After 2 hours circulation, the fluorescence distributions in tumor and other organ tissues were analyzed with Carestream IS4000 fluorescence imaging system. Data were given as the mean ± SD (n = 3).
