The mRNA expression of cytokines in the regenerating liver lobes at 24 h after surgery. The mRNA expression levels of TNF-α, IL-6 and HGF showed significant differences among these three groups. However, there was no significant difference in the mRNA levels of HSP70 among these three groups (p > 0.05). #p < 0.05 compared with PVL. *p < 0.05 compared with PPVL + ISS.
