Effects of time of exposure to Cr(VI) on the subcellular distribution of Cr in the leaves, rhizomes, and roots. (replicates = 3). Fcw, Fco, and Fs respectively represent the proportion of Cr in cell walls, organelle-containing fractions, and the soluble fractions. The Cr proportion of each subcellular fraction is equal to the Cr content in each subcellular fraction divided by the total Cr content in tissues.
