Soluble CD146 induces a partial endothelial-mesenchymal transition in ECFC isolated from peripheral blood of patients. To improve the clarity and conciseness of the figure, cropped gels corresponding to the band of interest are shown. β-actin was visualized and analysed on the same gel. Quantitative comparisons between samples were performed on samples migrated on the same gels.
