Effect of AITC on seedling biomass. The mean fresh weight of WT and glutathione mutants: (A) cad2-1, (B) zir1, (C) nrc1, (D) nrc2 grown on medium supplemented with different concentrations of AITC was measured on day 10 (n = 4, each replicate consists of a pool of 15 seedlings).
