Extracellular Metabolites and pH of WT and SCV Isolates in Mid-Log Phase. Lactate and uracil concentrations were significantly higher in the extracellular environment of the SC, while acetate levels and pH were significantly lower. Significance is based on t-test (p < 0.0001). Values were collected from a minimum of 5 biological replicates.
