Hyperthermia-induced cytotoxicity in human immortalized keratinocyte (HaCaT) and malignant melanoma (A375) cell lines. The effect of hyperthermia at (A) 43 °C and (B) 45 °C was expressed as fluorescence values indicative of relative levels of dead cells in A375 and HaCaT cells; The effect of hyperthermia on levels of (C) cell viability and (D) dead cells was determined by trypan blue staining in A375 cells.
