Relative abundance of top 15 taxa from shotgun metagenomics sequencing of pooled samples (n = 35) of visit 3 for both probiotic and placebo groups for the detection of species belonging to the family of Enterobacteriaceae. The purpose of the shotgun analysis was to determine if the enrichment of Enterobacteriaceae was due to commensal bacteria, opportunistic pathogens or the combination of both.
