Hierarchical clustering heat map analysis for all the participants in each visit for both probiotic and placebo groups for the 3 major classes of aminoglycosides, beta-lactams and tetracycline. The heat map analysis shows the total number of distinct ABR genes for each class, as well as the high frequency of occurrence of some ABR genes that are common amongst the participants in each visit for both arms of the study.
