GdmCl-induced equilibrium unfolding transition of AcmJRL at pH 7.0 and 20 °C, monitored by the change in both fluorescence intensity at 370 nm (•) and in ellipticity at 222 nm (○). Data were analyzed on the basis of a two-state model (N₂ ⇌ 2U)⁷¹, and the solid line was drawn using the mean values of the parameters obtained by both techniques (Table 1).
