Quantitative proteomic analysis of secretome identifies an altered protein secretion pattern due to podB1 mutation. (A) Abundance of proteins secreted in ASH83@RT compared to A28@PT. 747 proteins were identified in the secretomes of both A28@RT and ASH83@RT. In comparison of ASH83@RT and A28@PT, 67 were found in lower abundance while 517 were found in higher abundance in the secretome (B) GO – analysis based on biological function of proteins secreted in lower abundance in ASH83@RT compared to A28@RT.
