Kidney Cyp24A1 gene expression is upregulated with DSS colitis. Female C57Bl/6 mice were established on three vitamin D diets for 4 weeks before treatment with DSS. On day 7 mice were sacrificed with livers and kidneys harvested to determine (A) Liver Cyp2R1, (B) Kidney Cyp 27B1, and (C).
