OsCYCB1;1 gene and pCYCB1;1::GUS expression in rice seedlings. Seedlings were grown in hydroponic medium containing normal nutrition (control; 2.5 mM N, 300 μM P), low N, or low P (LN, 0.02 mM; LP, 2 µM), or subjected to treatment with sodium nitroprusside (SNP, 10 µM) or GR24 (analog of SLs, 2.5 µM) for 14 days.
