Prx null mutants are sensitive to oxidative-damaging agents. 1 × 104 conidia of wild-type, mutant and complemented strains were inoculated in 1 ml of MM (24 well plates) supplemented or not with varying concentration of paraquat and menadione. Plates were incubated at 37 °C for 72 h and then photographed. Experiments were repeated three times and a representative result is shown.
