Prx1, PrxB and PrxC expression upon oxidative challenge. Prx1::GFP, PrxB::GFP and PrxC::GFP strains were grown for 24 hours in MM and subsequently exposed to increasing concentrations of H2O2 (A) or paraquat (B). The total amount of each protein was detected using an anti-GFP antibody. The anti-γ-tubulin antibody was used as a loading control. Densitometry analysis of Western blot signals is shown on the bottom of each image and represents the Prx/γ-tubulin intensity ratio. The experiments were done in triplicate and a representative experiment is shown. In the figure are reported the cropped gels/blots obtained by each protein evaluation. All gels were run in the same experimental conditions. Full-length blots are presented in Supplementary Figure S10.
