Evaluation of stability of intrinsic CRELD2 protein in Neuro2a cells. Neuro2a cells were treated with Tg (0.1 μM), cycloheximide (CHX, 10 μg/ml), MG132 (10 μM) or vehicle for 6 h, and expression of the indicated protein was detected as described in the Materials and methods section, and reproducibility was confirmed.
