Intraperitoneal administration of tunicamycin induced CRELD2 protein in mouse liver. Twenty-four hours after intraperitoneal injection of Tm (1 mg/kg) (n = 4) or vehicle (n = 4) into ddY mice, each liver was isolated and expression of the indicated protein was detected as described in the Materials and methods section.
