Generation of epithelial PyMT-1099 murine breast cancer cells. (A) Photomicrographs represent the morphology of epithelial PyMT-1099, NMuMG (E9) and Py2T cells. Magnification, 10X. (B) Genotyping PCR was performed on genomic DNA isolated from PyMT-1099 cells for the presence PyMT oncogene. NMuMG (E9) served as the negative control in addition to a no template control and PyMT primary tumors and Py2T cells served as the positive controls.
