The p value between the ultrasound and control groups showed a sharp decrease over time (Student’s t test, n = 5). After rinsing for 20 min, the difference between the ultrasound and control groups was significant (p < 0.001). Comparison of the two groups was performed by unpaired t-test (two tailed).
