(E) V2 recombinant baculoviruses were used to infect Sf9 cells (1 × 106 cells/ml; ~90% viability) at MOI of 1 PFU. Every 12 hours post infection (HPI) 1 × 106 cells were harvested, and YFP expression was monitored by using a plate reader at ~520 nm against a PBS blank.
