Measured 3-D shape of a dewetting rim composed of AFM scans of PMMA-air, PS-air, and PS-PMMA interface with liquid PS layer \({\bar{h}}_{\ell }=\mathrm{(125}\pm \mathrm{5)}\,{\rm{nm}}\) and liquid PMMA substrate \({\bar{h}}_{{\rm{s}}}=\mathrm{(125}\pm \mathrm{5)}\,{\rm{nm}}\) after dewetting for 24 h at T = 140 °C.
