The dependence of P. aeruginosa permeabilization on the applied pulsed electric field parameters, where (A) microsecond range protocols; (B) nanosecond range protocols. The saturated permeabilization is achieved when the electric field amplitude exceeds 20 kV/cm. The 25 kV/cm, 900 ns protocol was defined as optimal due to high permeabilization rate of bacteria.
