Uptake of exosomes (EVs) by cancer cells. The percentage of B16BL6 cells taking up exosomes (EVs) was evaluated by flow cytometry after incubation of PKH67-labeled exosomes (EVs) with donor cancer cells (B16BL6). Data represents the mean ± SD (n = 3) after subtracting the background. A one way ANOVA test (Tukey’s test) was applied. *p < 0.05 and **p < 0.01.
