Only the top 10 (based on enrichment P-Value) enriched GO terms are plotted in function of their enrichment P-value (x axis) and number of genes (y axis). Size key indicates the ratio of the number of genes in the test-set/total number of genes, for any given GO term. The complete lists of enriched GO terms are presented in Supplementary Table S6.
