Histogram of total voxel frequency of parameter estimates on K1, k2, k3, k4 and VB (from top to bottom) from fits with the 2TCM in grade III tumors (left column) and grade IV tumors (right column), respectively. A clear shift towards higher values for grade IV tumors can be seen for K1 and k2, and to some extend for VB and k3. Distributions for k4 are relatively similar.
