Lipoprotein classes associated with eGFR in diabetic and non-diabetic cohorts. Associations of lipoprotein subclasses with eGFR were calculated in three type 2 diabetic (T2D) and three non-diabetic (non-T2D) cohorts and results were meta-analyzed (black). Here we report regression coefficients and their respective 95% confidence interval per 1-SD (log-transformed) metabolite concentration for each cohort and the meta-analyses.
