From: LncRNA BLAT1 is Upregulated in Basal-like Breast Cancer through Epigenetic Modifications
BLAT1 Expression is Highly Up-Regulated in Basal-like Breast Tumors. LncRNA expression was profiled through human lncRNA array (A) or RiboZero RNA-sequencing (C). Unsupervised hierarchical clustering of lncRNA expression shows a unique lncRNA expression signature of BLBC tumors compared to non-BLBC tumors (A,C). Both lncRNA array and RNA-seq data identified RP-11-19E11.1 (BLAT1) as a significantly up-regulated lncRNA in BLBC tumors, compared to normal breast tissues and other subtype tumors (B,D).
