Hierarchical Clustering Analysis (HCA) was used to analyze the similarity of profiles of 48 isolates generated using primers P1254 and P1283. After data processing procedure, HCA clustering of profiles were executed. (a) P1254 only. (b) P1283 only. (c) Merged of P1254 and P1283. Green bar: E. coli isolates, yellow bar: K. pneumoniae isolates, and pink bar: P. aeruginosa isolates. The dissimilarity analysis were performed using Spearman dissimilarity (Partek).
