SLC3A2 expression is upregulated by HCV-induced oxidative stress. (A) Huh7.5 cells were either left untreated or treated with increasing amounts of H₂O₂. At 24 h after treatment, total cell lysates were immunoblotted with the indicated antibodies (upper panel) and mRNA levels of SLC3A2 were analyzed by qRT-PCR (bottom panel).
