The effects of melatonin on mRNA expressions of TLR9 and MyD88 in peritoneal macrophages. Peritoneal macrophages were pre-treated with 1 mM MT or E for 1 hour and then stimulated with 2 μg/ml CpG-ODN for indicated times. TLR9 (A) and MyD88 (B) mRNA expressions were detected by real-time PCR. Data are shown as mean ± s.d. (n = 3). Similar results were obtained in three independent experiments.
