Overexpression of TPI, MNSOD, PGAM1, MUC1 & CMYC in canine mammary tumours. Immunohistochemical analysis at 10X (A1–E1) and 20X (A2–E2) revealed over expression of TPI (A1,A2), MNSOD (B1,B2), PGAM1 (C1,C2), MUC1 (D1,D2) and CMYC (E1,E2) in CMTs. F1(10X) & F2(20X) represent isotype controls. (G) qRT-PCR analysis also indicated overexpression of these biomarkers in CMT tissues.
