For MAF, median levels, and P-values, the top values are from CALGB 80303 (discovery cohort) and the bottom values are from CALGB 80203 (validation cohort). P-values for Hardy-Weinberg Equilibrium in the discovery cohort are 0.25, 0.50, and 1.00 for rs2284284, rs7767396, and rs7504372, respectively. In the validation cohort, the P-values were 0.04, 0.19, and 0.60 respectively. Due to limitations in DNA quantity or quality, genotypes for rs7767396 and rs7504372 could not be determined for two and three patients, respectively, in CALGB 80203.
