  1. 3D MR imaging coupled with deformation-based morphometry analyses of differences in absolute cerebral volumes (whole brain, brain regions, brain structures and sub-structures) of 15 weeks old Brd1+/− mice (n = 9) compared to WT mice (n = 10). The change in volume was calculated as the percentage change between the mean volume of the WT group and the mean volume of the Brd1+/− group. Nominally significant groupwise differences are in bold.
