Silencing of PIWIL2/4 decreases CHOP and NOXA mRNA expression levels during ER stress. 16HBE14o- cells were transfected with control siRNA or both PIWIL2 and PIWIL4 siRNAs (siPWIL2/4), and treated with ER stressors (TM (2.5 µg/ml) - left panels, ALLN (100 µM) - right panels) for time points specified.
