Expression of the potato StHsp70 genes under abiotic stresses compared with untreated controls. The expression levels of these StHSP70 genes in response to salt, drought, heat, and cold were tested using qRT-PCR. Expression levels were normalized using sesame β-actin as a reference gene40. Error bars represent standard deviations from three independent technical replicates. The mean expression levels from three independent biological replicates were analyzed for significance using t-tests (p < 0.05).
