The metabolites A, B, C, D, and E represent D-glutamic acid, creatinine, choline, niacinamide, and hypoxanthine, respectively. The sensitivity (true positive rate) was set as the ordinate, and 1-specificity (false positive rate) was set as the abscissa. An AUC value approaching 1.0 indicates a better diagnostic effectiveness.
