Protein expression levels of various markers of vSMC differentiation in oil, nitrofen, nitrofen plus IA dextrose and nitrofen plus IA sildenafil groups. Lungs were harvested from treated pups at E14.5, E16.5, and E18.5 for protein preparation. Protein samples were analyzed by Western blot. Beta-actin was used as an internal standard.
