Time-of-drug-addition (TOA) study. DENV2 infected Vero cells were treated with 10 (bold line) and 20 (dash line) µM cardol triene at respective time-points after infection (hpi) and incubated for 72 h. Cell lysates and culture supernatants were collected for analysis by RT-qPCR and plaque titrations for (A) DENV2 intracellular RNA and (B) infectious virion, respectively.
