PM014 improves survival rate and ameliorates weight loss after BLM instillation. Mice were treated with BLM (5 mg/kg) intratracheally on day 0. PM014 (200 mg/kg) was administrated orally once a day, beginning on day 2 until day 13 after BLM treatment. (a) Survival curve was shown.
