Stability and degradation product of MHP1 in mouse serum. (A) The residual MHP1 after addition to mouse serum was analyzed using HPLC. Although MHP1 was gradually degraded, 27.5 ± 3.2% remained after 60 min. (B,C) The degradation products were identified with mass spectrometry. The values of RT in (B) coincide with the arrowed time in (C). Colored sequences in (B) are degradation products.
