Distribution of the main-chain dihedral angles at position 195 (A) and 196 (B) on Thermotoga maritima FliGM. The horizontal axis and vertical axis show the rotatable angles of Cα-C bond (phi, ϕ) and Cα-N bond (psi, ψ), respectively. For each protein, 3,000 conformations were calculated. The densities were calculated by Gaussian kernel density estimation.
