Bioluminescent Assay in Real Time. Bioluminescent light output of BART from nucleic acid isothermal amplification. Light output for a positive result from a partition containing DNA template in blue, negative result from a non-template control in red. The positive sample is characterised by a BART peak and the assay time at the maximum light intensity is defined as Tmax.
