Kinetics of glibenclamide (A) and glipizide (B) in OATP1B3, (344T > G), and (699G > A)-HEK293T cells. Transport kinetics of glibenclamide (A) and glipizide in OATP1B3, (344T > G), and (699G > A)-HEK293T cells was conducted for 15 min at varying concentrations of glibenclamide and glipizide (2.5–80 μM). The data was obtained after the subtraction of MOCK-HEK293T value. Parameters for saturation kinetics (Vmax and Km) were estimated by nonlinear curve fitting using Prism (GraphPad Software). Data are expressed as mean ± SD of four separate experiments.
